EMS Training vs. Traditional Training at the Gym
1.Time

There is a clear advantage when it comes to the time required for each workout. EMS training is quick and easy, making it easy for people who previously didn't have the time to do it.
A gym membership is usually a long-term commitment that must be used 3-4 times per week to be effective. This means you need to spend about 5+ hours at the gym, while EMS training only requires 1 workout per week for 20 minutes.
2.Cost
In general, a gym membership can be cheaper than EMS training. However, what many people don't take into account is that a gym membership is a long-term commitment that requires you to use it (and use it correctly) to see results.
For many people, a gym membership is useless because they lack the motivation to work out. And, even if they do go to the gym, the results of the training are usually not very good. This means that the gym membership fee is a bit of a waste. However, if you know what you are doing in the gym and are motivated enough to practice, the gym membership fee will be cheaper.
The main difference is that EMS training automatically includes a personal trainer, whereas a gym membership requires you to hire a personal trainer at an additional cost.
