BB-907 EMS Studio Workout Training consists of a central unit (a tablet or an App), a treatment vest where the electrodes are placed (bio-jacket) and wireless communication modules to carry out the training without any cables.
Total freedom of movement: a wireless system with autonomy for at least 20 training sessions at a distance of up to 400 meters. Antibacterial, light and resistant Biosuits, which have electrodes moving freely to the area of interest in training.

What is the role of frequency in EMS?
The effect of electrical stimulation is entirely dependent on frequency, that is, the number of pulses per second (hertz, or Hz for short). These frequencies are divided into different regions. One of the most common and researched methods is to use low frequency currents up to 1000 Hz. Frequencies between 2 and 120 Hz are generally used. In muscle stimulation, the target of 2-15 Hz is type I muscle fibers. Type I muscle fibers are slow to respond and are responsible for endurance because they are rarely fatigued. Pulses in the 35-100 Hz range are targeted to the faster reacting Type II muscle fibers. These muscle fibers are responsible for rapid strength. How can I use it? Do I have to have a trainer to accompany me?
It is very easy to use and can be done without a personal trainer. All you have to do is put on your BodyTech EMS wetsuit, select a workout plan on the app, and start a 20 minute workout session. We will send you a short video on how to use EMS.
Can EMS app be used on iPhone and Android phones / tablets?

Are there any reasons why you should not use the EMS equipment?
