Can I do body electric workout twice or more a week?

We do not recommend to have body electric workout more than twice a week, because this is a high-intensity training, generally our body needs 4-5 days of recovery time. Rest is just as important as training, and we need to have enough rest between two intense workouts to restore our physical and mental health. But if we do some moderate intensity training during the rest of the day, it will help us recover better and reach our goals more quickly.
