How did you like the training?

Never in my life have I been so ashamed and very happy that there was still a vest over it that I was lashed into. During the training, my trainer motivated me so well, kept me busy and even made me laugh one or two times that I was able to forget all of that. 

The training was perfectly tailored to me. I was neither extremely overwhelmed nor under-challenged and afterwards I was totally knocked out! Already then I noticed that with the training I could get closer to my goal. 

I immediately signed a contract and after 3 weeks decided to do nutrition coaching.
