
What did you notice during the training?
Regardless, it was very good for me mentally. As well as allowing you to really have some time to yourself, training sessions also allow you to get to know your body. These are slow movements where you consciously focus on your breathing every 4 seconds. You are drawn to the here and now. This means you are actually working the muscles you are training. This teaches you to push your mental boundaries. You'll get to know your body and take action step by step. If you've just given birth, it's important to regain confidence in your body. I was very scared and careful at times, I was very frenetic and really needed to slow down, but the coaching was great. A trainer shows you your body's possibilities.
