Does sports elektro fitness work?

How does elektro fitness work?

Elektro fitness is applied by means of a device called 'electrostimulator' in the most problematic areas, either for the purpose of improving muscle performance or for therapy. This electrical current causes a contraction in the muscle very similar to the impulses emitted by the central nervous system to control muscle actions.

The elektro fitness has a suit with electrodes and is connected to a machine with different training programs. These programs have the ability to reach the deepest muscle fibers that are difficult to reach through traditional training.
