For EMS training, all you need is a phone or tablet (Apple or Android) and this kit, which includes the bodytech EMS stretch suit and the bodytech energy box (with app and charger).

How to use ems suit

Since the 20 electrodes stimulate your 10 major muscle groups simultaneously, initially devoting 1 x 20 minutes per week to training is sufficient. After 2-3 months, you can expand your training to 2 to 3 times per week. You can train your muscles efficiently in the shortest possible time. At the same time, you protect your joints and optimally train your deep, motor and supporting muscles (e.g. your back!). The relaxation mode is also very pleasant and you can enjoy it after a busy day or even after a jog.

You attach it to the side of the EMS stretch suit and the sewn-in silicone electrodes control your muscles, stimulating them via the nerves. On your phone or tablet you can choose between predefined training programs via the EagleFit app: Hypertrophy (strength - muscle building), Cardio (aerobic exercise, muscle building), Relaxation (light massage / regeneration) \ Professional, Weight Loss, VIP (e.g. according to the specifications of your doctor or physiotherapist) and. FAQ

Question: Do I have to get the suit wet?
Answer: No, because we use a real dry suit, there is no cotton on the electrodes (= non-conductor), so the suit works in a dry state.
Question: How many electrodes are there in the suit and where are they placed?
Answer: There are 20 electrodes, so there are 10 pairs of electrodes sewn into the suit, which can be controlled individually;
Placement: Biceps, triceps, chest, upper back, middle back, lower back, buttocks, abdomen, front thighs and back thighs. The important thing here is that we can target the triceps and biceps separately.
Question: Are the threads arranged so that the stretching movements of the suit are not restricted?
Answer: Yes, the electrodes are connected by special sewing threads, so that you can perform all movements without restrictions.
Question: Will the suit hinder my exercise?
Answer: No, you can exercise completely freely and you will not feel that the suit is thin when exercising.
Question: How can I wash the suit?
A: Place the suit in a laundry bag, wash on delicate cycle, max. 30°C, no spinning, or preferably hand wash.
Q: I need to stay fit in the winter so I can participate in triathlons in the summer. Can I also train my fitness with this suit?
A: Yes, you can train your red skeletal muscles (for endurance) just like your white skeletal muscles, which are important for maximum strength. You can train slow-twitch red muscles in a heart rate range of up to 30 Hz and fast-twitch white muscles in a heart rate range of 50 to 85 Hz.
Q: How is the contact of the power module to the electrodes?
A: The POWERbox snaps onto the outside of the suit and is securely fastened with a strap. We also tested the whole system at a trampoline park and the contact was perfect and uninterrupted.
Q: Can I wear the EMS stretch suit under my sports suit?
A: Yes, you can, for example, wear the jogging suit for a jog. (20 minutes of which are powered).
Question: Do I need to wear underwear under my sportswear when I exercise?
Answer: No, you don't need to wear anything under your sportswear.
Question: Is there a limit to the number of exercises or the number of times you can install the app?
Answer: No, there are no technical restrictions. You can install the app on Android smartphones, iPhones and iPads at the same time and use it whenever you want (e.g. for your partner...). You should initially only train 1 time a week with the EMS, after which you should rest at least 48 hours between training sessions.
Question: My partner/my partner also wants to train. Do I have to buy a complete second system or is there a second set?
Answer: There is a second set, if you and your partner/my partner are of similar height and weight you can share the equipment and suit. If the weight is not similar you can buy an additional suit for your partner/my partner separately and share the equipment.
Question: So far I have trained in an EMS studio. Is it comparable to train at home and can it be done completely?
Answer: Yes, you can also train at home.
Question: Is the battery power enough or is it better for the equipment to use 220 V?
Answer: Since EMS training simulates the low currents of the brain, EMS training (in general) only uses currents of up to more than 2,000 mAh and very low voltages. These currents can also be easily provided by very small batteries.
Question: How long does the battery last? Which batteries are used?
Answer: Our POWERBox battery lasts for 30-35 training sessions of 20 minutes each - depending on the intensity of the training. Since we use a 2,000 mAh LiIo battery, you can also charge it between training sessions without damaging it.
Question: Which frequencies can I choose?
Answer: You can freely set the frequency in our personal training menu "Personal" from 1 to 120 Hz. Up to about 30 Hz you mainly stimulate the red muscles (endurance), up to about 80 Hz you mainly stimulate the large white muscles (maximum intensity) - if you are not familiar with this, we have predefined programs "Fitness (muscle building), Relaxation (similar to a massage after training or also very suitable for relieving tension) and Metabolism (endurance, cellulite reduction)".
Q: Which pulse depth can I choose for training?
A: You can choose a predefined program (as with the frequency) or freely select a pulse depth of up to 400 microseconds in the "Personal" program. The higher the value, the deeper the pulses go into the muscles (and therefore also into large muscles such as the back or thighs).
Q: What is the warranty?
A: We offer a 6-month warranty on the suit and a 24-month warranty on the energy box. The battery is replaceable.
Q: What should I do if the suit doesn't fit?
A: When choosing the right size, refer to the table above. The suit is elastic. It doesn't matter if your size is a few centimeters larger than the value in the table. The suit should fit tightly - but at the same time you should be able to move easily. For example, if you have a wide back and a narrow waist, order a suit that fits the chest area.
Q: What should I do if I'm not satisfied with the entire system?
A: We offer very good telephone support, where trainers and experts can help you professionally.
Q: Is the app still under development or do I have to buy a new system again to use the new features?
A: We are constantly implementing further improvements and customer requests, which are available to every existing customer via free updates to the app.
Q: How long can the suit be worn?
A: You don't have to wash the suit after every workout, as it is made of antibacterial material. We have successfully tested the suit over 100 times by hand in the washing machine.
Q: I'm from Switzerland, how can I order it here?

Q: I'm not sure if the app will work on my phone. How can I check?
A: You can download and test the app via the app store - just search for "EMSFITPro".
Q: Is EMS harmful?
A: In case of health contraindications such as pacemakers or diabetes, EMS training can be harmful, in which case training should be avoided anyway. Likewise, too high an intensity or too high a frequency can also be dangerous. If used properly and following the bodytech training instructions, EMS training is safe and achieves maximum training effects.

Question: How often can I do EMS?
Answer: The frequency depends first of all on your individual training status. If you have not done any EMS training before or have had a longer break from training, it is recommended to do EMS training once a week during the first 10 weeks. This is to allow the kidneys to adapt to the higher CK levels in the blood during EMS training. After the first 10 weeks, it is possible to increase to 2 units and up to 3 units, provided that a rest period of 48 hours is observed. The relaxation program can be used every day, as high intensities are not used here.

Question: What are the benefits of an electronic abdominal muscle stimulator?

Q: What are the benefits of EMS without exercise?

A: Basically, the EMS pulses themselves stimulate the muscles and generate a training stimulus. The muscles adapt to this stimulus until a certain threshold is reached. Once this threshold is reached, the training stimulus must be intensified, for example through additional exercises, in order to continue to achieve the training effect. In addition, the compression and tension stresses that only occur during active training can also benefit the joints, tendons and ligaments.

Q: What do doctors think of EMS training?

A: EMS training is not only used in the field of fitness, but also in the field of medical treatment for muscle recovery after surgery or injury without stressing the joints.
