What is ems training
As previously mentioned, EMS is designed to increase the speed and intensity of traditional workouts and is tailored to each client's
needs. The electrodes placed in the kit stimulate all muscle areas simultaneously, including the chest muscles, latissimus dorsi,
biceps and triceps, lower back muscles, glutes, quads, calves and hamstrings.
The set stimulates the entire body, causing multiple muscle contractions and relaxations during the workout. This electrical stimulation of 350 muscles is combined with an active workout to make the training as intense as possible and see results in as short a time as possible.

EMS training time and Intensity
The workout in the special suit consists of a set of exercises, predetermined by the trainer, including push-ups, lunges, squats,etc.
Trainers can not only add more electrodes (depending on the user's need) and adjust the higher intensity of the current so that the muscles work at their highest capacity, but also reduce the stimulation through less intense exercises.
Due to the high intensity of the workouts, only two 20-minute sessions per week are recommended, except for advanced individuals who can afford three workouts. The German Sports University in Cologne compared traditional strength training methods with EMS training methods in its study to determine their effects on athletes' strength and speed. The researchers concluded, "Compared to other methods, whole-body dynamic electrical stimulation training has been shown to be very effective in increasing strength and speed."

Vatter of the University of Bayreuth conducted a field study of 134 men and women on the effects of EMS training. The subjects performed complete EMS training twice a week for 12 weeks, and they lost an average of 1.4 percent of body fat, with 82 percent noting significant relief from back pain.

In their study, Mohd Faridz Ahmad and Amirul Hakim Hasbullah from MARA University of Technology in Malaysia focused on the effects of EMS on enhancing muscle mass in men. The results of the study showed that "the use of EMS to enhance muscle mass in men is important for all individuals and athletes seeking a healthy lifestyle."
