How to train in the whole EMS home training?

The BODYTECH EMS system is a highly effective muscle stimulation training programme that should be used no more than twice a week for 20 minutes each time.

 

20 minutes of BODYTECH EMS training is the optimal load for your body.

You can training with CRADIO programme 5-7 minutes, then change to other programme 10-13 minutes according to what effect your need( like FAT BURN, STRENGTH, PROFESSIONAL, VIP). In addition you have the possibility of switching to a MASSAGE programme 2-3 minutes after the training.

How to wash and maintain the jacket?

For care and maintenance of the fabric the following washing guidelines are recommended:

Gentle cycle (easy-care) at a maximum of 30°C. Maximum spin speed: 800 min. Wash the suit in the mesh laundry bag that is provided, do not turn it inside out. Fasten all Velcro closures before washing.

An appropriate sports or mild detergent (without bleach) should be used. Do not use fabric softener.

After washed, let it dry in the shade, do not expose to the sun. Make sure it dry enough then use.

Which intensity of the EMS home training is the right one for you?

The results of the training improve with increasing intensity. For beginners, it is important in the beginning not to train too much with too high intensity. Slowly increase the intensity step by step and slowly reach a higher level. The contraction, which initially appears to be the maximum tolerable, will feel largely bearable after a few training sessions.

For whom is electro-muscle stimulation unsuitable?

Device quality: You need an EMS home training device to achieve your training goals. In addition, for your safety it should be officially tested and certified, recognizable by the CE mark.

Electrode quality: Rely on high-quality electrodes instead of cheap alternatives. Often the latter are quickly used up and insufficiently tested. Furthermore, in many cases they do not transmit the current pulses properly.
