How long can you use it each time? Can you wear it all day?

When using the BodyTech EMS set, a training session lasts approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

You can train as many times as you need, but long term use can lead to excessive fatigue and muscle pain.

Use according to your physical condition. Also, when using with Powersuit, do not use them continuously for more than an hour.

How to clean clothes? What should I pay attention to?
