What is EMS?

Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), also known as neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) or electromyostimulation is the stimulation of the muscles through electrical impulses.
It is a type of training which uses a wearable device that is attached to the body and stimulates your muscles through small electrode pads. EMS mimics the action of signals coming from neurons that trigger muscle contractions.
EMS training is a good way to efficiently improve your overall fitness, shape and tone your body, burn unwanted body fats, and strengthen your muscles in just a short period of time.
How does EMS work?
EMS works by sending targeted electrical impulses directly to the muscles to stimulate muscle-building contractions while working out. These impulses reach deep muscle layers, which are harder to activate through normal training or exercise.

The impulses during EMS training causes the muscles to work harder compared to a conventional training but with much less time and less work completed. You will also train muscles that are difficult to reach (ex: pelvic floor muscles, lower back muscles) automatically.
