Build a More Flexible EMS Training Service for Your Fitness Studio

Are you planning to open an EMS studio or add electric pulse workout services to your existing fitness business?

BODYTECH provides a professional wireless EMS training system designed for commercial fitness studios, personal training centers and EMS businesses. It combines a wireless dry EMS suit, an independent Energy Box and an app-based control system to support a more flexible training setup.

Whether you are starting with individual sessions or planning to expand into multiple training stations, BODYTECH helps you organize your equipment around your actual business needs.

Unlike traditional EMS setups that require water preparation and cable connections, our wireless dry EMS system is designed to simplify the preparation process and give trainers greater freedom during sessions.

Professional EMS Equipment for Different Studio Business Models

Not every EMS studio operates in the same way. Some businesses focus on one-to-one personal training, while others want to introduce small-group EMS workout sessions.

BODYTECH supports commercial EMS training with equipment that can be arranged according to your training model.

Flexible Equipment Configuration

• Suitable for professional EMS fitness studios.
• Supports individual and small-group training arrangements.
• Wireless design allows members to move without suit-connected cables.
• App and tablet-based operation for training management.
• Additional suits can be arranged according to your customer volume and size requirements.

Wireless Dry EMS Suit – Reduce Preparation Before Every Session

One of the practical challenges of traditional EMS training is the preparation process.

Some EMS suits require water spraying before training to improve electrode contact. This can add preparation steps for trainers and make the experience less convenient in busy studios.

BODYTECH uses a dry-electrode EMS suit.

What does this mean for your studio?

• No pre-training water spraying required.
• Easier preparation between customer sessions.
• More convenient for studios operating in cold or air-conditioned environments.
• No suit-connected cables restricting customer movement.

A more straightforward wearing and training process.

The system features 20 dry electrodes distributed across the suit and 8 stimulation channels to support full-body EMS training.

Independent Energy Box for Wireless Training

The Energy Box is the main control unit worn at the user's waist.

It connects magnetically to the suit, allowing a quick connection in approximately one second.

This design helps reduce the inconvenience of repeated cable connections and makes equipment preparation more straightforward.

Key features include:

• Wireless suit connection.
• Magnetic connection design.
• Independent Energy Box.
• App-based training control.
• Approximately 6–9 hours of battery operation.

One Energy Box supports one customer at a time. Studio owners can therefore calculate the required number of Energy Boxes according to how many customers need to train simultaneously.

Operating an EMS studio involves more than purchasing equipment. Trainers also need a convenient way to control training sessions.

BODYTECH provides an app-based management system that can be operated through a compatible phone or tablet.

It allows trainers to manage EMS training settings and control the stimulation process during sessions.

This provides a more organized training workflow without requiring customers to operate a separate control screen.

For distributors, fitness equipment suppliers and EMS studio brands, BODYTECH provides OEM and ODM cooperation opportunities.

Whether you are building your own EMS equipment brand or sourcing wireless EMS training systems for your market, we can discuss suitable product and branding requirements.

Our goal is to help business partners find a practical equipment configuration for their target customers.
